This document contains the full terms and conditions governing use of the rm500 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the rm500 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rm500 ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The rm500 platform is a service intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Users below this age are strictly prohibited from accessing any services provided. rm500 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Account Creation, User Responsibilities & Security

Registration and Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on rm500. Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information provided at the time of registration may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

The name registered on your rm500 account must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch may result in transaction delays or rejections.

Password and Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. rm500 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless you have reported loss of account control to rm500 before the activity in question occurred.

Platform Usage Rules

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the rm500 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure
Colluding with other users to cheat the system or exploit technical vulnerabilities
Using false information, stolen credit or debit cards, or unauthorised payment methods
Transferring or sharing your account with any other party

Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the rm500 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rm500 does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion, should it occur on the user's end, is entirely the user's responsibility and at their own risk.

Approved deposits are credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. rm500 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GrabPay, Boost, or any banks involved in FPX transactions.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions: the user must have completed the identity verification process, the account name must match the registered bank account holder name, and there must be no active queries or investigations relating to the account. rm500 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes within a reasonable timeframe.

All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's part. Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming.

Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy

Platform Liability Limits

Rm500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service disruptions, unavoidable technical errors, or third-party actions beyond rm500's control.

The rm500 platform is provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure the platform remains available at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rm500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users who believe their account has been closed unfairly may submit an appeal via our support email.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments

Intellectual Property

All content on the rm500 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and code — is the intellectual property of rm500 and is protected under applicable Malaysian copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or modifying any platform content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The rm500 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. rm500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Terms Amendments

Rm500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
